expeditions
The environment of this section is the typical transition between the Andean forest and the Patagonian steppe. Its coasts are lined with vegetation. In the first 3 or 4 km, the river runs smoothly and without much riparian vegetation which intensifies more and more downstream. The first arms appear from Rincón Chico and have their maximum expression in the area near the amphitheater. These have the characteristic, at the beginning and end of the season, of harboring good size brown and rainbow trout (4 to 6 pawns) with trophies of 10 pawns or more.
