Fonck Lake

Expeditions

Located an hour and a half away from Bariloche, it is an excellent place to fish with an unbeatable landscape, the Cerro Tronador stars in the scene and a cohiues forest frames it. Access is difficult, the all-terrain vehicles will take us to the place, abundant reeds and dense cohiues forests make the journey on foot inaccessible. Our boats will allow you to access unbeatable fishing spots. The lake is characterized by having excellent fishing, basically due to the difficulty of access inherent to the last part of the path and because it is impassable from the shore, and the fishers must necessarily have a boat.

The species present are Rainbow and Fontinalis trout of up to 4 pawns, and less frequently, Brown of up to 6 pawns. Among the most profitable fishing locations, we have the Northeast head of the lake, which has the mouths of small streams and large stone walls, which with sinking equipment gives us good chances of interesting catches.

rods/fishing

Fly Rods and lines 6 to 8, using floating and sinking lines. Streamer and dry flies are used. At certain times of the summer, there is lots of dragonfly activity (Marshals) and fishing with large dry flies is very dominant

Boats
